Slow-Cooked Turkey Sandwiches

Ingredients:
6 cups cooked turkey, cubed
2 cups cubed velveeta cheese
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
22 whole wheat buns, split
Directions:
1. In a 3-quart crockpot, combine first 6 ingredients.
2. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until onion and celery are tender and cheese is melted.
3. Stir well before spooning onto buns.
