Slow Cooked Three Beans and Sausage

Easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup water
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
2/3 cup celery
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
hot cooked rice
Directions:
1. In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine the first 12 ingredients.
2. Sprinkle with oregano and thyme if desired.
3. Cover and simmer on low for 4 to 4-1/2 hours or until heated through.
4. Discard bay leaf.
5. Serve with rice.
