Slow Cooked Spaghetti and Meatballs

This recipe is so delicious.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
1/4-1/2 cup chopped onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 (29 ounce) can tomato puree
1 (29 ounce) water
1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (12 ounce) water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons oregano
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
2 tablespoons water
3/4 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
Directions:
1. Sauté onions and garlic in oil in a saucepan.
2. Combine all sauce ingredients in slow cooker.
3. Cover, and cook on LOW.
4. Mix together all meatball ingredients except for oil.
5. Form into small meatballs, then brown on all sides in oil in a saucepan.
6. Drain on paper towels.
7. Add to sauce.
8. Cover, and cook on LOW 4-5 hours.
