Slow cooked Pulled pork sandwiches with tangy broccoli slaw

Ingredients:
1 red onion sliced thin
8 tablespoon(s) cider vingar
1/4 cup(s) sour cream
1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
12 ounce(s) broccoli slaw 4 cups
1 yellow onion chopped
1/4 cup(s) tomato paste
1/4 cup(s) brown sugar
1 tablespoon(s) worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
1 tablespoon(s) cajun seasoning
1.5 pound(s) pork shoulder
bread or buns toasted
Directions:
1. ) in a bowl mix 4 tbsp vinegar plus salt,pepper and onion
2. Refrigerate 4 hrs to 3 days
3. ) mix together 2 tbsp vinegar plus sour cream and mayo. After mixing add slaw and refrigerate 12 hours. Add 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
4. ) coat pork in other ingredients
5. Cook 4 hrs on high or 8 hrs slow in the slow cooker
6. Shred pork when done
7. ) serve on buns

9. Slaw on the side
