Ingredients:
2 can(s) condensed chicken borth
1 cup(s) water
1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
2 clove(s) garlic minced
4 piece(s) boneless skinles chicken breasts cut into chunks
1 medium green or red pepper chopped
4 meduim green onions chopped
1 can(s) pineapple chunks in juice undrained
1 cup(s) uncooked regular long-grain white rice
Directions:
1. Mix all ingriedents into a 6-qt slow cooker, cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or until chicken is cooked through. (Can be cooked on high for 4-5 hours)
