Slow Cooked Mulligatawny Soup

a soup with flavors improve with age, easy Indian favorite in the slow-cooker! One may sub other favorite veges of their choice too
Ingredients:
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups canned diced tomatoes
1 small onion fine chopped
1 large carrot fine chopped
1 small peeled sweet potato small cubed
1 bell pepper fine chopped
1 whole raw chicken breast small cubed
1 large apple peeled and small cubed
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp curry powder or to taste
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt or to taste
black grated pepper to taste
1 1/2 to 2 whole cloves
Directions:
1. Place all in crock-pot and cook low about 6 to 8 hours or it's done
2. when vegetables are fully soft.
3. When it's all done, take about two cups of it and put it in a blender. for a few seconds until the consistency of baby food.
4. Stir it back into the remaining soup.
