Ingredients:
2 goat shanks
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
sprig(s) rosemary
pinch(s) sea salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250~
2. Place the meat in a dutch oven.
3. Rub the olive oil all over the meat and sprinkle with the sea salt. Crumble the Rosemany over the top of the meat. Cover the dutch oven and slowly roast for 5-6 hours.
