Reasonably low-fat. Adapted from American Heart Association cookbook.
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon mustard (dijon)
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
4 hamburger buns
Directions:
1. Brown meat and onions over med-high heat.
2. Pour off fat.
3. Add everything else (except for the hamburger buns) and mix.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, uncovered.
5. Serve over hamburger buns.
