Skinny Pumpkin Vegan Brownies

Ingredients:
15 oz canned pumpkin puree
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1-6 ounce cup source fat free plain yogurt
1/ 2 cup demerara sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 cups just like sugar sweetener (or granulated sugar)
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F, lightly grease or line a 9 square pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, applesauce, yogurt, demerara sugar, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice until well blended.
3. In a smaller bowl, whisk Just Like Sugar , flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt together.
4. Add flour mixture to the wet ingredients and combine gently.
5. Spread evenly in the prepared pan.
6. Bake 20-30 minutes. Allow to fully cool before slicing.
