Skinny Parmesan Burgers

These are really tasty and healthy. I found it in our local newspaper and have made it several times.
Ingredients:
1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 egg white
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and shape into 4 patties.
2. Grill or pan-fry to desired doneness (about 4 minutes per side for medium).
3. Serve on hamburger buns with condiments as desired.
