Fewer ingredients and fewer calories makes this a poor college kid favorite. Plus it's super healthy. Use thick-cut slices of cucumber for dippers for a wonderful snack!
Ingredients:
1 (1 1/2 ounce) packet knorr vegetable soup mix
2 1/2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
3 green onions, finely chopped
10 ounces spinach, chopped (frozen stuff is easiest)
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients and put in the 'fridge to chill.
