This is a great easy low fat dip to use with your fresh fruit. Kids and parents love it and it's healthy!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup miracle whip light
1 (6 ounce) container lemon low fat yogurt
1/4 cup almonds, toasted and chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1/4 cup toasted coconut
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients until well blended; refrigerate.
2. Serve with assorted fruit.
