Skillet Pork Chops

Moist and tender with a great sauce.
Ingredients:
4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons grape jelly
1/16 teaspoon ginger
4 teaspoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons water
Directions:
1. Brown chops in oil.
2. Add onion, cook until tender.
3. Add broth, bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 12 minutes.
5. Remove chops, keep warm.
6. Stir in jelly and ginger.
7. Mix cornstarch with water, add to skillet.
8. Bring to a boil, cook and stir 2 minutes.
9. Serve over the chops.
