Ingredients:
2 teaspoon(s) olive oil |
1 cup(s) thinly sliced red bell pepper |
1 cup(s) thinly sliced yellow pepper |
1 cup(s) vertically sliced sweet onion |
1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic |
1 teaspoon(s) dried or fresh rosemary |
2 dash(es) hot sauce |
salt and ground pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. ) Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add peppers and onions and cook 13 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring frequently. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 2 more minutes, stirring frequently. |
