Ingredients:
2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
1 cup(s) thinly sliced red bell pepper
1 cup(s) thinly sliced yellow pepper
1 cup(s) vertically sliced sweet onion
1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
1 teaspoon(s) dried or fresh rosemary
2 dash(es) hot sauce
salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions:
1. ) Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add peppers and onions and cook 13 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring frequently. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 2 more minutes, stirring frequently.
