Ingredients:
8 ears fresh corn, kernels cut off
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon bacon grease
4 garlic cloves, chopped
salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Heat a large skillet over high. Cook the corn in the butter and bacon grease for about 4 minutes, or until it begins to brown. Add the garlic and season heavily with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional minute or two.
