I found this on I believe. Zaar was down yesterday, so I searched elsewhere to find a different way to prepare chicken legs. We found this to be excellent! I think this would work great with lots of different meat. I had 6 legs rather than 12 so I halved the recipe
Ingredients:
12 chicken legs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 medium onion (sliced)
1 bay leaf
4 garlic cloves
Directions:
1. Bring all ingredients to a boil.
2. Reduce and simmer until chicken is tender and cooked through, about 35-45 minutes.
