Ingredients:
1 yellow squash, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1 zucchini, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
8 cherry tomatoes
8 mushrooms
3/4 cup italian salad dressing
Directions:
1. In a large salad bowl, combine vegetables and salad dressing.
2. Toss well to coat. Cover and marinate for 1-4 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.
3. Prepare hot grill. Thread vegetables onto 4 long skewers so that each skewer is filled with the same vegetable.
4. Place on oiled grill and cook, turning frequently and brushing with the salad dressing.
