Six Layer White Cake

This Gluten Free cake is easy to make and healthy to boot, you better believe it!
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut flour, sifted
1 teaspoon celtic sea salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
12 eggs
1 cup grapeseed oil
1 cup agave nectar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine coconut flour, salt and baking soda.
2. In a medium bowl, blend together eggs, grapeseed oil, agave and vanilla.
3. Mix wet ingredients into dry and blend with a mixer or hand blender until smooth.
4. Pour batter into a bunch of well greased and floured pie, tart or cake pans.
5. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
6. Cool completely.
7. Decorate and serve.
