An easy one dish meal.
Ingredients:
3 large potatoes, sliced
3 tablespoons rice
1 large onion
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
2 lbs ground beef, shaped into balls
salt and pepper
2 cups tomatoes (chopped or canned)
Directions:
1. Grease 12x12 (or 9x13) baking dish.
2. Place uncooked ingredients in dish in order given.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
