Six Fruit Kabobs With Strawberry-Yogurt Dip

This interesting finger food is from a recipe found in the 1995 Vegetarian Times Complete Cookbook.
Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat yogurt (or nondairy sour cream)
1 cup light mayonnaise (or tofu mayonnaise)
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup strawberry (fresh or frozen)
1 apple, sliced
1 orange, peeled & separated into sections
2 bananas, peeled & sliced
2 kiwi fruits, peeled & sliced
6 fresh strawberries, halved
1 cup pineapple, in chunks
Directions:
1. FOR THE DIP: Put all the dip ingredients into a food processor or blender & process until smooth.
2. Transfer to a bowl, cover & refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. FOR THE KABOBS: Thread chunks of fruit onto sturdy toothpicks or bamboo skewers.
4. Serve kabobs with the dip & ENJOY!
