Sirloin with Herbed Wine Sauce

There is nothing better then steak with a good wine sauce.
Ingredients:
2 lbs lean boneless sirloin (3/4 thick)
1/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup chopped green onion
3/4 cup dry red wine
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 beef bouillon cube
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Coat a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and brown steak.
2. Add sliced mushrooms and green onion, sauteing til tender.
3. Add wine, water, tomato paste, tarragon, and bouillon.
4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook 10 minutes or till meat is tender and liquid is reduced by half.
5. Stir in parsley and serve.
