Thick and delicious, but you stay thin and delicious. Most excellent way to indulge in fall flavors. I made it for Thanksgiving on a larger scale for guests, and everyone loved it! The ladies in my family who were watching their weight really appreciated the lower calorie option, but even those who weren't asked for seconds.
Ingredients:
1 cup light vanilla yogurt (my favorite is carbmaster from kroger)
1/3 cup pumpkin puree (pure pumpkin, not pumpkin mix!)
3 tablespoons fat-free whipped topping
1 dash pumpkin pie spice
1/2 banana, sliced
1 graham cracker square, crumbled (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients with a spoon until smooth.
2. Fold in banana.
3. Top with crumbled graham cracker.
4. Enjoy!
