Tater tot hotdish in perfect single serving cups. We made this the night before a football game and brought them with us tailgating. We reheated them on the grill and it was amazing!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 teaspoons cumin
1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
2 (8 ounce) cans green beans (french cut)
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 cup asiago cheese, shredded and divided
1 (28 ounce) bag frozen tater tots
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brown beef in a skillet with chopped onion and cumin.
3. In a large bowl mix beef mixture, drained green beans, cream soup, garlic powder, and most of the cheese (reserve about 2 tablespoons).
4. Arrange 21 aluminum cupcake liners on a baking sheet. Spray each cup with non-stick cooking spray.
5. Evenly divide mixture into each liner.
6. Top with tater tops.
7. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove and sprinkle remaining asiago cheese evenly on each cup.
8. Continue baking for 15 minutes.
9. Let cool slightly before serving. Or cool completely and reheat later as needed.
