Although it uses a little bit of a lot of spices, its not time-consuming. Peeling the shrimp can be messy so have a lot of napkins ready.
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried dill
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. medium shrimp, unpeeled
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. chile oil
1-1/2 lemon zest
2-1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, toss well.
2. Heat oils and zest in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add shrimp, sauté 4 minutes or until shrimp are done.
4. Stir in juice.
