Simply Wonderful Waldorf Salad

Love this fresh version of the waldorf salad you use cream cheese and orange juice instead of mayo. I got this one from my Mom over 18 years ago, not sure where she got it. My boys will even eat this one.
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon orange rind, grated
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
3 cups apples, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese, orange juice, orange rind, and sugar mix until well blended. Add apples, celery and pecans and mix lightly then chill.
