Simply Scumptious Sour Cream Cornbread

This cornbread has real corn, cornmeal, and sour cream in it. What a treat.

Ingredients:

2 cup and 2 tbsp, self rising cornmeal

1 heaping tbsp flour

1/2 cup oil

2 eggs, beaten

1 8 oz can corn

1 8 oz carton sour cream

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together, pour in greased pan, and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
