Simply Green Chili Potatoes

Ready, Set, Cook! Special Edition Contest Entry: A great hearty side dish for just about any meal especially grilled meats.
Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) package simply potatoes diced potatoes with onion
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
2 slices smoked bacon, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
tony chacheres' creole seasoning
grated cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 375. Grease an 11X7 baking dish add Simply Potatoes and Onions, Red Pepper, Green Chilis,Cilatro, and Black Beans, sprinkle Tony’s seasoning over the top and mix together. After mixing slice butter into thin squares place on top of mixture evenly layer chopped bacon over top then cover with foil and bake for 55 minutes. Remove foil stir and mix together then cover top with shredded cheese place back in oven until cheese is melted. 6-8 servings. Yummmmmy.
