Just a really simple recipe for egg salad. No fuss, nothing fancy, just yummy. Feel free to use more or less of any ingredient to suit your taste.
Ingredients:
1 dozen egg, hard boiled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dijon mustard or 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoons dried chives
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Peel and chop the eggs.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
3. Serve over greens, or as a sandwich.
