Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl.
3. Combine wet ingredients in a bowl.
4. Mix dry and wet ingredients together.
5. Pour into prepared muffin pans and bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes.
