Simple Whole Wheat Bread

Great for the bread machine.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups mineral water or 1 1/4 cups distilled water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup maple syrup or 1/4 cup molasses
2 3/4 cups whole wheat flour (organic preferred)
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
3 tablespoons wheat gluten
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions:
1. I put the liquid ingredients into the bread machine first then the dry, adding the yeast last.
2. Choose the whole wheat setting on your bread machine and enjoy.
