Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cups white flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Dissolve yeast in the warm water.
  2. Add all ingredients to bread mixing device of your choice.
  3. Knead until imprint of finger tip springs back.
  4. Shape into loaf and place in bread tin to raise until ready to bake.
  5. Bake at 325° 50 to 55 minutes. Time will vary depending on your oven.
  6. Remove when done and cool on rack. Try to resist sampling.
