Simple Vidalia Cole Slaw

This is a simple slaw that goes perfect with anything that comes off the grill.
Ingredients:
for the slaw
1 small head of green cabbage
1 large vidalia onion
1 1/2 cups grated carrot
for the dressing
1 cup mayo
1/4 to 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 t prepared yellow mustard
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp celery seed
Directions:
1. Chop up the cabbage and onion and mix with the grated carrots in a large bowl
2. Blend the other ingredients together and whisk
3. Add the dressing to the slaw, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the dressing to settle in with the veggies
4. If you want an added kick, mince up 2 jalapeno's without the seeds and add to the mix.
5. Enjoy!
