This is an very easy healthy high fiber meal.
Ingredients:
1 (7 ounce) can tuna in olive oil
1 (16 ounce) can white beans
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Directions:
1. Drain canned tuna, break up in bowl.
2. Add oil,rosemary,juice and garlic powder mix up.
3. Drain beans - add to bowl.
4. Chill until cool.
5. Enjoy!
