Simple Tex Mex Chimichurri

A great additive for grilled chicken, fish, and of course beef.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
3/4 cup chopped italian parsley
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
1 serrano pepper (for a milder taste substitute a seeded and ribbed jalapeno.)
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon season salt
Directions:
1. Simply add all ingredients to food processor a puree to a consistency much like pesto. Enjoy on grilled meats or even pastas.
