Simple Swiss Cheese Beer Dip

An incredibly simple and quick dip to serve with pretzels, its perfect for a Saturday afternoon tailgate!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 package (3 cups) shredded swiss cheese
8 oz sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
'6 oz beer of your choice (1/2 can)
2 tbsp dried, minced onions
Directions:
1. Combine softened cream cheese with sour cream
2. Blend 2 cups swiss cheese, green and dried onions into mixture
3. Slowly stir beer into mixture, approximately 1 oz at a time. Watch that the dip does not become too sloppy
4. Add additional cheese to thicken dip if needed
5. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top
6. Refrigerate 30 minutes, covered
7. Serve with pretzels!
