This recipe for tuna salad is extremely simple and fast. It's the basic tuna salad that I have been eating since I was a kid. It goes well with lettuce, bread, toast, or with crackers.
Ingredients:
20 ounces canned tuna (in water)
4 tablespoons olive oil mayonnaise
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup dill pickles (diced)
1/4 cup black olives (sliced)
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
Directions:
1. Prepare onions, pickles, and olives by slicing and dicing as appropriate. Drain water from tuna, saving a slight amount for flavor and moisture if you wish. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; mix and season to taste. Enjoy.
