2 salmon fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chef paul's magic salmon seasoning
4 cups cooked white rice
Directions:
1. Rub salmon fillets with olive oil.
2. Sprinkle with seasoning.
3. Fry in a pan over medium heat until done, about 10 minute.
4. Serve over rice.
