A simple salad to be eaten as an appetiser or on it's own.
Ingredients:
1 cup tomato, sliced
1/2 cup raw cucumber, sliced
1 cup carrot, grated
1 tbsp olive oil
5 lettuce leaves
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions:
1. Chop the vegetables.
2. Toss and dress with olive oil and lemon juice.
3. Serve.
