3 lb pork tenderloin |
2 large potatoes, cut in 1 inch chunks |
2 sweet or red onions, cut in half or left whole |
2 stalks of celery, cut chop in small pieces |
2 carrots, cut your favorite length |
1 packet of onion soup mix mixed with 2 cups water |
1 handfull of chopped parsley (or 1 tbsp dry) |
3 or 4 basil leaves (or 1 tsp dry) |
1 tbsp minced garlic |
2 whole bay leaves |
1 tbsp worchestershire sauce |
salt and pepper to taste |
2 tbspoons corn meal |
