Simple Pasta with Ragu' (Meat/Tomato Sauce)

Simple Italian meat sauce. 900 calories pr serving
Ingredients:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
300 g beef, ground
300 heinz tomato sauce
250 g pasta
Directions:
1. Chop the garlic and onions fine.
2. Heat up the olive oil.
3. Fry the onion and garlic until they become soft and golden.
4. Add the minced meat and stir, when no longer raw add the tomato and spices.
5. Let it boil for 10 minutes or so.
6. While the sauce boils, boil the pasta in salty water until it is al dente.
7. Toss out the water from the pasta and mix it with the sauce.
