Simple Pasta Salad

This is a quick and easy pasta salad I threw together tonight for dinner. Feel free to change it up and post what you did, I would be interested in seeing some other ideas :)
Ingredients:
1 cup dry vegetable pasta (i used a mix of shells and macaroni)
1 egg
1 (170 g) can tuna, drained
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped yellow bell pepper
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
ground pepper
Directions:
1. 1. Boil Water and add Pasta and Egg.
2. 2. While you are waiting for Pasta and Egg to cook, chop Onion and Bell Pepper and grate Carrot.
3. 3. Mix Onion, Bell Pepper, Carrot and Tuna in a bowl.
4. 4. When Pasta is done, drain and add to the bowl.
5. 5. Mix in Mustard and Mayonnaise.
6. 6. Season with Ground Pepper.
7. 7. Slice Egg and lay it on top of salad.
8. Chill in refrigerator for about an hour.
