Simple Pasta and Veggies

So easy, and pretty good for you while you're at it. Makes a great snack if you have leftovers.
Ingredients:
4 oz whole wheat pasta
2 zucchini, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
2 tbsp hummus, roasted red pepper
Directions:
1. Prepare pasta as directed. While that is cooking, cook the veggies and garlic (I just mix it all together with just a touch of oil and seasonings - basil, pepper - then put it in a saucepan with a lid, on medium heat).
2. When the pasta and veggies are both cooked, drain the pasta. Add in the veggies and hummus; stir to combine.
