Simple No Bake Mountain Bar Cookies

It doesn't get any easier than these. Kids love these!
Ingredients:
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup cocoa
3 cups quick-cooking oats (instant oats)
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix first four ingredients in sauce pan.
2. Boil one minute.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Stir in oats.
5. Add remaining ingredients.
6. Drop onto wax paper and let cool.
