I heart mulled cider on a chilly day!! Having one now, as a matter of fact...Not a real recipe with exact measurements, but perfect for when you don't feel like making a big batch. Feel free to adjust this to your tastes. Enjoy!!
Ingredients:
apple cider or apple juice
water
ground cinnamon
ground nutmeg
lemon juice (optional)
Directions:
1. Fill a large mug 2/3 full with apple cider and top up with water.
2. Sprinkle a little cinnamon and nutmeg on top. Nuke in microwave until hot - about 2 minutes 20 seconds.
3. Remove from microwave and add a few drops of lemon juice (optional). Enjoy!
