Simple Mango Salsa

Ingredients:
1 mango
1 small red onion, chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1 jalapeno, minced (opt. ribs and seeds removed for less heat)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
sea salt, to taste
organic tortilla chips or pita chips, for serving
Directions:
1. Directions.
2. In a medium bowl, combine mango*, peeled, pitted, and cut into 1/4-inch pieces (about 2 cups), onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime juice; season with salt. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 4.
3. *Variations: Can add pineapple or organic peaches. Or substitute 2-3 organic tomatoes for mango.
