Simple Mac & Cheese

This is the simplest recipe for mac & cheese I have ever seen. You can add meat ex. diced ham and or green onion for color and flavor.
Ingredients:
1 lb elbow macaroni
1 lb velveeta cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Boil macaroni until al dente drain.
2. in double boiler heat milk.
3. grate Velveeta.
4. add Velveeta stirring occasionally until melted.
5. toss macaroni with salt & pepper if used then 3/4 of melted cheese coating thoroughly.
6. pour into greased 13 x 9 pan.
7. pour remaining melted cheese over the top.
8. grate the cheddar and sprinkle over the top.
9. bake at 350 for 30 min until bubbly and starts to brown at the edges.
10. This serves 8 Thetas or 4 Frat boys lol!
