This delicious fruit smoothie is an awesome breakfast treat! Health, tasty and very fruity!
Ingredients:
8 blackberries
8 raspberries
1 cup plain/sweetened yogurt
200ml apple juice
4 strawberries (chopped)
any other fruits
1 1/2 cups milk (optional)
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender
2. Blend until smooth and creamy
3. Serve with fresh fruit or cereal.
