Simple fried rice you can make at home
Ingredients:
1 cup rice
2 cups water
1 cup mixed veggies
1 egg
1/4 cup soy sauce or to taste
1 section fresh garlic
1tbsp butter
Directions:
1. In a med pan, add rice and water and boil until tender, set aside.
2. In a large frying pan, cook egg, place egg in bowl to side.
3. Crush garlic and fry in pan until golden brown with tbsp butter.
4. Add rice and veggies in pan; Mix well on med heat stirring frequently as to not burn the rice.
5. Add egg and soy sauce, mix and serve!
6. ** You can also add Chives, onions, or bell peppers**
