Simple Eggnog Pie

I made this pie by accident a few Christmas's ago. I had planned to make a simple pudding pie, but didn't have enough milk. You can change it greatly just by changing the pudding flavor - my personal favorite is butterscotch, or the pie shell, using vanilla wafers or cookies.
Ingredients:
1 box instant pudding mix (vanilla is usually best to begin with)
1 cup milk, preferable whole milk
1 cup eggnog
8 ounces cool whip
2 graham cracker pie crusts
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Directions:
1. Pour the eggnog and milk into a medium bowl.
2. Add pudding mix, blend well.
3. Gently fold in cool-whip.
4. Divide evenly into the two pie shells.
5. May be topped with nuts.
6. Chill appx. 2 hours, or until firm.
