Simple Cucumber Dill Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set cream cheese out to soften
  2. Peel, seed and dice the cucumbers
  3. Chop the onions and dill ( if using fresh dill )
  4. In a food processor, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy
  5. Add mayonnaise and process on low until blended
  6. Remove from food processor, place in a bowl and add remaining ingredients
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours to blend flavors
  8. Serve with crackers or a veggie tray - yields about 2 1/2 cups dip
